Health-related information is processed only with explicit consent, stored in the EU, never sold, never used for advertising. Your parent’s dignity comes first.

Questions families ask
Is Cira a medical app?
No. Cira is a wellness and support tool. It does not diagnose, treat or replace professional care — it helps your loved one follow the routine their care team recommended, and keeps you informed. In an emergency, always call 112 (Europe) or 911 (US).
Does my parent need to handle technology?
No. You set Cira up once; afterwards there is one big button on the screen. Cira speaks first, listens patiently and repeats when needed. It works on a regular Android phone or tablet with Chrome.
What languages does Cira speak?
English, Polish and German at launch — more languages are coming, because Cira’s voice and understanding are AI-based.
How much does it cost?
Early access is free for the first families in exchange for honest feedback. After launch, Cira will cost about €12.99 a month — less than a single hour of paid care.
Does my loved one know Cira reports to me?
Yes — always. The person receiving care is told about the reports and must agree to them. Cira is a companion, not a hidden camera.
